Cleaner

Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of building common areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, glass and chrome cleaning, and carpet stain treatment. Assist with unit cleaning after tenant move-outs to ensure spaces are rent-ready by cleaning floors, bathrooms, surfaces, and windows. Clean halls, air vents, light fixtures, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, landings, entrances, elevators, laundry rooms, and office areas. Perform outdoor seasonal tasks such as raking grounds, snow shoveling, and salting walkways. Empty garbage containers and clean around dumpsters as required. Work part-time, 18 hours weekly, earning $16,473.60 annually. High school diploma or two years' cleaning experience is required.
