Cleaner (Shockley Terrace)

Job Summary
Conduct daily maintenance and cleaning across rental units, common areas, offices, grounds, and parking lots at Shockley Terrace, including window, wall, floor, and carpet cleaning; empty trash cans; sweep sidewalks; and perform yard work such as raking, planting, and mulching. Remove snow and ice from walkways, lots, and driveways. Clean vacant units and execute all tasks per the property's prescribed daily schedule. Perform other cleaning functions as assigned by the supervisor. This role supports WinnCompanies' mission to strengthen neighborhoods through high-impact, mixed-income apartment management in Anderson, SC.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to understand spoken and written English
- Ability to respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner
- Ability to do heavy lifting and other physical movements
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
