Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned areas using established practices and procedures according to company and client standards. Empty, clean, and damp-wipe waste receptacles; remove waste paper and rubbish. Vacuum rugs and carpeted areas, sweep or dust-mop hard floors, and damp-mop or clean spills in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas. Hand dust and wipe clean office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and other horizontal surfaces. Remove finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces including doors, doorframes, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions. Keep the janitor's closet clean, neat, and orderly.
