Cleaner

Empty, clean, and damp-wipe all waste receptacles, remove waste paper and rubbish, vacuum rugs and carpeted areas, sweep or dust-mop hard floors, and damp-mop or clean spills in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas. Hand dust and wipe clean all office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and horizontal surfaces. Remove finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces, including doors, doorframes, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions. Keep the janitor's closet clean, neat, and orderly. Perform other assigned duties as needed. Requires high school diploma or GED equivalent and one year of custodial cleaning experience.
