Cleaner

Empty, clean, and damp-wipe all waste receptacles, remove waste paper and rubbish, vacuum rugs and carpeted areas, and damp-mop hard floor surfaces in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas. Hand dust and wipe clean office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and horizontal surfaces. Remove finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces, including doors, doorframes, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions. Keep the janitor's closet clean, neat, and in orderly condition. Perform other assigned duties as needed. Requires high school diploma or GED, with one year of custodial cleaning experience preferred.
