Cleaner

Conduct cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of assigned areas using established practices and procedures according to company and client standards. Empty, clean, and damp-wipe all waste receptacles; remove waste paper and rubbish to designated areas. Vacuum rugs and carpets, sweep or dust-mop hard floors, and damp-mop or clean spills in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas. Hand dust and wipe clean office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and horizontal surfaces. Remove finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces including doors, doorframes, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions. Keep janitor's closet clean, neat, and orderly. May require frequent interaction with clients.
