Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned areas using established practices and procedures according to company and client standards. Empty, clean, and damp-wipe waste receptacles while removing paper and rubbish to designated areas. Vacuum rugs and carpets, sweep or dust-mop hard floors, and damp-mop or clean spills in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public spaces. Hand dust and wipe clean office furniture, fixtures, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, and vertical surfaces including doors and light switches. Keep the janitor's closet clean, neat, and orderly. May require frequent interaction with clients.
