Job Summary
Conduct general clean-up of all building areas, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors, and vacuuming. Manage routine upkeep of offices, shop, yard, and exterior spaces while handling emergency cleaning requests and non-routine tasks per specified job orders. Refill supplies like toilet paper and paper towels, order new cleaning materials as needed, and ensure bathrooms remain sanitary. Remove garbage and recycling daily, preparing bins for pick-up, and maintain rooms as fully equipped. Perform maintenance activities related to cleaning and handle chemicals safely in compliance with health and safety standards. Work inside and outside year-round with minimal supervision, multitasking to maintain a schedule.
