Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning and disinfecting of work surfaces, floors, and paintwork in designated areas. Dust, vacuum, and mop general flooring throughout the site while performing regular waste bin clearance. Execute planned and ad-hoc cleaning duties for the building and equipment, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety legislation. Report all accidents and incidents as appropriate. Maintain awareness of COSHH regulations and exercise initiative to prioritize duties. Requires a DBS check, good English skills, and knowledge of Health & Safety best practices. Full-time permanent role with 33 days annual leave and access to a rewards platform.
Required Qualifications
- General experience of cleaning
- Able to exercise initiative and prioritise duties accordingly
- Knowledge of Health & Safety best practises
- Awareness of COSHH regulations
- Good working level of spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
