Conduct floor maintenance by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, including stripping, waxing, and buffing as needed. Sanitize high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and kitchen fixtures, while dusting furniture, ceilings, light fixtures, and windowsills. Manage waste by emptying trash and recycling bins, and replenish hygiene supplies like toilet paper and hand soap. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or repair needs to supervisors. Perform post-construction clean-up. Requires physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs and familiarity with chemical safety data sheets.
