Job Summary
Clean common areas, guest rooms, vacant suites, and renovated properties including dusting, vacuuming carpets, disinfecting fixtures, and washing walls and windows. Maintain a trash-free environment and remove snow from walkways and common areas where applicable. Perform other building upkeep duties as assigned. This role may involve an on-call rotation and requires the ability to lift 30lbs, operate industrial cleaning equipment, and climb stairs. A driver's license and criminal record check are required. Required Qualifications
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently and takes pride in their work
- Previous experience working in environments that can be very dirty
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to lift 30lbs, work with industrial strength cleaners and climb stairs with equipment and supplies
- A driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to provide a criminal record check that is free of relevant convictions
- Able to work overtime or on call as needed
