Job Summary
General cleaning and maintenance responsibilities across common areas, vacants units, and exterior spaces. Requires knowledge of cleaning chemicals (WHMIS), ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong customer service to greet residents professionally. Includes duties such as cleaning floors, walls, appliances, windows, and balconies; yard maintenance; minor repairs; waste management; coordinating with city waste schedules; processing online applications and lease-related tasks; and organizing resident events. Fluency in English and French (Québec) is noted. Must ensure move-in readiness of units and maintain a welcoming, safe environment for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Previous professional cleaning experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in English and French (applicable to Quebec only)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
