Job Summary
Conduct custodial duties, clean Ptacs, and move furniture to ensure buildings remain healthy, safe, and sanitary. Perform minor maintenance repairs, maintain and secure storage areas, and report equipment repairs or stock shortages. Report pressure washing needs and other projects assigned by the manager or supervisor. Maintain equipment and materials in an orderly manner. Must be available to work weekends and lift up to 50lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Pressure washing experience
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous custodial experience an asset
- excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment
- Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System
- Ability to read & understand labels & instructions
- Comfortable using electronics
