Job Summary
Conduct general building maintenance by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, while cleaning and stocking restrooms, emptying trash bins, and removing debris or snow from sidewalks. Clean up spills with appropriate equipment, perform minor repairs, and notify supervisors of major issues. Ensure doors are locked after hours and keep cleaning supplies stocked. Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision, working independently or with a team. Manage time efficiently while safely using various cleaning supplies. Work Sunday through Thursday from 10 PM to 7 AM.
Required Qualifications

- Work well when supervisors are not present
- Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies
- Able to work independently or with a team
- Able to use basic cleaning equipment
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
- Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify
- Sunday-Thursday
- 10 PM - 7 AM
