Job Summary
Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitization of all facility areas, including restrooms, locker rooms, and fitness equipment, adhering to established standards. Operate floor scrubbers, vacuum surfaces, and manage trash disposal while replenishing supplies and reporting inventory needs to the Club Manager. Perform high-reach dusting, maintain cleaning equipment, and operate laundry machines. Greet members, answer phones, execute retail transactions, and resolve member concerns or safety issues as they arise. Conduct daily comprehensive walks of the club to address cleanliness and policy concerns.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
