Job Summary
Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitization of all common areas, including restrooms, locker rooms, and fitness equipment, adhering to established standards. Operate floor scrubber machines, vacuum surfaces, and maintain trash disposal and supply inventory by communicating needs to the Club Manager. Perform high-level dusting, manage laundry equipment, and execute daily comprehensive club walks to address safety and cleanliness concerns. Greet members, answer phones, process retail transactions, and resolve member inquiries while reporting broken amenities. Requires cleaning experience, CPR/AED certification willingness, and ability to lift 75 pounds. Full-time role with hourly pay of $15.92 to $16.92, offering medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and a free Black Card membership.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
