Job Summary
Conduct regularly scheduled cleaning checks of residents' apartments and maintain a safe, tidy, and sanitary clubhouse, hallways, and all common areas. Ensure the property remains free of trash, debris, and animal waste while keeping community grounds, parking garages, and landscaping well-maintained, including snow/ice removal and flower watering. Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance duties, and lead resident cleaning checks to uphold designated standards. Requires janitorial experience, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and 4-6 hour standing shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant industry experience (janitorial or cleaning)
- Demonstrate experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight
- Must have a friendly demeanor
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Must be able to work 4-6 hour standing shifts
