Job Summary
Conduct general cleaning of common areas including lobbies, elevators, stairwells, windows, laundry rooms, and social rooms. Perform thorough cleaning of vacant suites covering appliances, walls, kitchens, washrooms, and balconies. Execute exterior duties such as maintaining underground garages, parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios, rooftops, and removing loose debris. Report serious deficiencies regarding curb appeal, safety, or hazards to the Resident Manager. Work flexible schedules including weekends as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years related experience
- Customer service skills
- A pleasant demeanour
- Must be able to lift and push heavy objects (furniture, garbage bins, appliances, etc)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform in a team environment
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends
