Job Summary
Carry out cleaning duties and window cleaning in line with agreed schedules and site specifications, ensuring work is completed to a consistently high standard. Check your own work, address areas requiring further attention, and use cleaning products, equipment, and materials safely and correctly. Report any outstanding or unresolved issues to your Supervisor and review allocated tasks using the Jobber system. Maintain and store equipment properly while wearing the correct uniform and PPE. Follow all Health and Safety, COSHH, and site procedures, and respond professionally to client or management requests. Support less experienced team members and use your initiative to resolve straightforward issues.
Required Qualifications
- Previous professional cleaning experience
- An understanding of the standards expected when working within a client environment
- Previous cleaning experience
- Good knowledge of safe cleaning practices
- An understanding of Health & Safety within the workplace
- Good attention to detail
- A reliable and punctual approach to work
- The ability to work independently and use your own initiative
- Good communication skills
- A positive and helpful attitude
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Confidence communicating with clients, colleagues and visitors
- A flexible approach when priorities change
