Job Summary
Wipe and dust surfaces, service restrooms, and clean clubhouse floors, kitchens, and laundry rooms. Vacuum assigned vacant units to prepare them for market, mix cleaning solutions per specifications, and report broken equipment to the supervisor. Identify repair needs and call third-party vendors when advised, while assisting cross-functional departments and reporting safety or compliance issues. Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with residents and co-workers. Entry-level position requiring a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
