Job Summary
Wipe and dust surfaces, service restrooms, and clean clubhouse floors, kitchens, and laundry rooms. Vacuum assigned vacant units to market-ready status and mix cleaning solutions per specifications. Report broken equipment to the supervisor and identify items needing third-party vendor repair. Assist cross-functional departments as directed and report safety or compliance issues to management. Must communicate professionally with residents and co-workers while executing duties under stressful circumstances. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Entry-level position with on-the-job training and advancement opportunities.
