Cleaner (North York)

Maintain cleanliness and safety across lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, amenity spaces, garbage, and recycling rooms by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Clean tenant units upon vacancy, including bathrooms and kitchens, and manage winter snow removal. Ensure all areas are well-maintained while following established routines. This role involves 40 hours per week including weekend shifts every other week with a compensation range of $41,500-$47,000.
