Job Summary
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership's interior and exterior areas, including the showroom, offices, service areas, and parking lot. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and keep grounds presentable by mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and removing snow and ice. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning and maintenance supplies, notifying management when replacements are needed. Follow all safety protocols and report any safety concerns or accidents to management. Assist with special projects and events as required. This full-time hourly role at DELLA Auto Group in Queensbury, New York supports the overall appearance and functionality of the facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in facility maintenance and/or groundskeeping
- Knowledge of safe handling and use of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
