Job Summary
Maintain high levels of cleanliness in building common areas and assigned spaces while performing janitorial and grounds care duties. Execute work orders including snow and ice removal, and keep exterior grounds compliant with company standards. This role supports the site Management Team in the efficient operation of the apartment community. A reliable vehicle is required to fulfill essential duties.
