Job Summary
Maintain high levels of cleanliness in building common areas and assigned spaces while performing janitorial and grounds care duties. Execute work orders including snow and ice removal, and keep exterior grounds compliant with company standards. This role supports the site Management Team's efficient property operations at an apartment community in New Bedford, MA. Candidates must possess a reliable vehicle, strong communication skills, and at least three years of cleaning experience.
