Job Summary
Oversee work teams and assigned areas to ensure compliance with Servicon quality standards and client Statements of Work. Assist in on-boarding new associates on safety programs, cleaning procedures, and equipment maintenance while promoting a culture of PPE usage. Inspect completed work areas, verify log sheet signatures, and resolve custodial problems by reviewing schedules and recommending efficient staff utilization. Ensure supplies are distributed, equipment is maintained, and inventory is monitored for cost-effective use. May drive a company vehicle to pick up supplies or commute between job sites ranging from heavy industrial environments to office complexes. Requires two years of lead role experience, bilingual skills preferred, and a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years custodial cleaning experience in a lead role, or equivalent experience
- Proficient verbal/written communication skills
- Strong time management and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Covid-19 vaccination requirements may vary by client site
Desired Qualifications
- bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Certification: May require specialized training in Cleanroom, Electro Static Discharge (ESD) and other specialty service policies and procedures and certification in specialized equipment
