Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance of lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, amenity spaces, garbage, and recycling rooms. Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming while ensuring tenant units upon vacancy are cleaned, including bathrooms, kitchens, ovens, and fridges. Manage winter snow removal and uphold established cleaning routines for residents and visitors. Lift up to 20 kg of trash bags and equipment. Requires previous professional cleaning experience, reliability, and safe work practices. A satisfactory reference check and criminal records clearance are required.
