Job Summary
Maintain clean facilities by performing trash removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms to company standards; open/lock facilities and manage security as required; follow ServiceMaster’s standards, products, processes, and procedures; participate in a flexible schedule (daytime, evenings) with opportunities for growth and advancement; team-oriented environment with paid training and uniforms provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate in English (Bilingual preferred)
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a cell phone
- Reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check
- Past cleaning experience a plus
- Constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
- Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must
- Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
