Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and specialized spaces. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean and disinfect surfaces, fixtures, and equipment according to established protocols. Empty trash receptacles, restock cleaning supplies, and operate maintenance equipment safely. Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly while adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain a professional appearance, communicate special requirements to supervisors, and manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or janitorial services
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and proper usage techniques
- Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor
