Job Summary
Conduct daily general housekeeping duties for offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces, and common areas at the Affinity at Missoula community. Clean vacant apartments after move-outs, maintain the pool house including public bathrooms and pool deck, and remove debris from outside public spaces. Perform scheduled cleaning of elevator cabs, lobbies, and door tracks while ensuring all equipment and supplies are maintained. Build strong rapport with residents and comply with company policies and Fair Housing laws. Work evenings and weekends as necessary, standing and walking 5–7 hours daily while lifting up to 50 lbs.

- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate
- Reliable means of transportation
- Must be able to stand 5-7 hours/day
- Must be able to walk 3-6 hours/day
- Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs
- Must be able to twist 1-120 times/day
- Must be able to bend 121-480 times/day
- Must be able to squat/kneel 3-7 hours/day
- Must be able to climb stairs 3-6 hours/day
- Must have moderate energy requirements
- Must have gross and fine frequent motor movement
- Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors with frequent exposure to extreme weather conditions/temperatures
- Must be able to work with occasional high-volume sounds
Desired Qualifications
- Janitorial experience in hotel or residential management
