Job Summary
Cleaner/Housekeeper for Affinity at Broadmoor (62+ active adult community). Responsibilities include cleaning offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces, and common areas; cleaning vacant apartment homes after move-outs; tidying pool house and associated spaces; replacing towels daily; maintaining equipment and supplies; assisting with outdoor debris removal; cleaning elevator cab, lobby, and door tracks; and complying with policies and Fair Housing laws. Requires customer-service orientation, ability to build rapport with residents, English communication skills, teamwork, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Janitorial experience in hotel or residential management is strongly preferred; High School diploma or equivalency is required. Compensation: $20-$22 per hour plus benefits. This role is on-site in Pasco, WA.
