Job Summary
Conduct basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, and fixtures. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors while operating equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums. Empty trash and recycling bins, sanitize restrooms and break rooms, and perform spill cleanup for flooded areas or incidental spills. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management and adhere to all health and safety regulations. Requires minimum of one year experience, reliable transportation, and ability to perform physical demands including lifting and standing for extended periods. Schedule includes Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week.
