Job Summary
Conduct basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, hallways, windows, and furniture. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums while sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors. Empty trash and recycling containers, dispose of waste appropriately, and dust, polish, and clean assigned items. Vacuum, mop, and clean floors in all areas. Follow all health, safety, and company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Perform additional tasks as needed, including handling flooded areas, incidental spills, and trash and restroom-related cleaning. Requires reliable transportation, physical stamina for prolonged standing and lifting, and availability for assigned shifts.
