Job Summary
Provide high quality cleaning services by using supplies and equipment to perform consistent cleaning services and comply with quality control programs to meet customer expectations. Operate and maintain commercial power cleaning equipment while demonstrating good judgment and initiative. Work cooperatively with others and provide effective instruction as needed. Requires a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation. Commercial floor cleaning experience is preferred, along with experience working with people with developmental disabilities or contract cleaning in commercial buildings. Starting rate is $16.43 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial floor cleaning experience
- Experience operating and maintaining commercial power cleaning equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment and initiative
- Ability to provide effective group and individual instruction
- Ability to perform physical aspects of position
- Ability to safely operate commercial power cleaning equipment
Desired Qualifications
