Cleaner, Full Time - 1st Shift

The Cleaner will perform custodial duties at a client site under supervision, including sweeping, mopping, washing floors, vacuuming, dusting furniture and fixtures, cleaning bathrooms and restocking supplies, window and glass cleaning, high-dusting, and reporting equipment issues. Responsibilities also include trash collection, snow removal at entrances, and following established standards and procedures. Must operate cleaning equipment (including backpack vacuums and floor machines), work with minimal supervision, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Prior cleaning experience is not required; the role emphasizes attention to detail, efficiency, and delivering quality service. The position offers full-time hours on 1st shift with compensation in the $12.33–$14.50 per hour range, subject to location factors and union agreements where applicable.
