Job Summary
Conduct basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, and drinking fountains. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; clean and sanitize restrooms and break rooms; empty trash and recycling bins; and operate equipment including floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums. Perform additional duties such as cleaning flooded areas, handling incidental spills, and disposing of waste properly. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies. Minimum of one year experience preferred, strong communication skills required, and reliable transportation needed. Monday to Friday, eight hours daily with flexible hours or shifts.

- Capable of performing the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
