Job Summary
Perform detailed residential and commercial cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, kitchen and restroom cleaning, and trash removal. Follow company cleaning checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality service and safely operate professional cleaning equipment according to established procedures. Communicate professionally with clients to address their specific needs and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management. Maintain punctuality and attention to detail at every job site while adhering to all safety policies. Positions are available across Henry, Clayton, Fayette, Spalding, and Newton Counties with flexible scheduling, including day shifts, weekends, and select weekdays. Minimum availability is two days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Georgia Driver's License
- Reliable vehicle with current insurance
- Smartphone capable of downloading and using company work applications
- Successful completion of required online pre-employment training
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites
- Physically able to bend, lift, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Available Monday through Sunday
- Minimum availability of 2 days per week
- Weekend and select weekday positions are also available
