Cleaner

Dexterra is seeking a Full-Time Cleaner. Responsibilities include general cleaning (dusting, disinfecting), adapting duties based on client specifications, completing work to high quality standards, adhering to scheduled days/hours, reading and explaining MSDS sheets with training provided, and completing required safety training. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, bend/stoop/stand, lift and carry up to 25 lbs for 3-4 hours per shift, perform repetitive tasks, and operate large machinery. WHMIS certification is preferred with first aid training an asset. Strong people skills, teamwork, attention to detail, self-motivation, and a hands-on attitude are desirable. The role is based in Halifax, NS, Canada, and is in-person.
