Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning and sanitization of office spaces, exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas. Perform floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming while adhering to safety procedures for machinery and chemical use. Dust, clean glass, empty trash, and restock paper products. Work five days per week from 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM at a flat rate of $15.00 per clean. Must be authorized to work in the United States with high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable Transportation
- Must be able to lift 10+ pounds regularly
- Bend, stretch, twist, reach above head, squat, walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Climb stairs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles
- Floor care experience & Floor care machine knowledge a plus
- Window cleaning experience a plus
