Cleaner & Contents Technician

Clean, deodorize, and restore customer contents affected by smoke, water damage, dirt, and other contaminants. Assist with unpacking, cleaning, organizing, and repacking customer belongings into boxes or storage containers. Maintain accurate inventories of items that have been cleaned, restored, or deemed non-salvageable. Coordinate repairs for furniture, electronics, area rugs, and other household contents. Perform biohazard cleanup, including the safe handling of blood, bodily fluids, needles, and other hazardous materials while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards during restoration and cleanup projects. Load, unload, and transport customer contents as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and company vehicles. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.
