Job Summary
Cleaner for affordable housing at Conifer Realty. Maintain clean, safe common areas and assist with light maintenance tasks to keep the community welcoming for residents and visitors. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, disinfecting in hallways and community spaces; contributing to curb appeal through light groundskeeping and trash removal; supporting maintenance staff with apartment clean-outs, light painting, bulb changes, and basic upkeep; and prioritizing safety by proper storage/handling of cleaning materials and reporting issues. Requires detail-oriented, dependable individuals with good communication and time-management skills and a high school diploma or GED; 1+ years custodial/janitorial experience preferred; OSHA or hazardous materials training a plus.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of custodial or janitorial experience (apartment or facility cleaning a plus).
- Knowledge of cleaning products, safety procedures, and environmental hazards.
