Job Summary
Conduct cleaning duties, minor interior and exterior repairs, and regular building inspections at 111 Echo Drive. Respond to owner and resident requests with courtesy and professionalism while overseeing equipment function and managing parcel deliveries. Maintain building logs, check inventory, and ensure site safety and security. Meet outside contractors in the Site Superintendent's absence and report on scope of work. Perform any other duties as directed by the Site Superintendent and Property Manager. This full-time daytime role includes approximately 40 hours per week, free on-site parking, and a benefits plan.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Clean Criminal Record Check
- Ability to lift, push and pull heavy objects (up to 50lbs for cleaning and maintenance purposes)
- 1-3 years of commercial, residential or institutional cleaning experience
- Experience working in a condominium, apartment, hotel, or similar residential environment
- Basic maintenance or handyman experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to take initiative, work in a team environment and possess a strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and a good understanding of onsite safety measures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to changing needs throughout the day
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of commercial, residential or institutional cleaning experience preferred
- Experience working in a condominium, apartment, hotel, or similar residential environment is an asset
- Basic maintenance or handyman experience is considered an asset
