Job Summary
Maintain entrances, hallways, and common areas including appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathrooms, and cupboards. Attend pre-move-out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates, and complete small repairs such as painting or changing lights. Support the general maintenance of the building's exterior and perform other duties as required. Knowledge of cleaning products and basic computer skills are necessary, along with the ability to travel between sites. Wages range from $19.20 to $24.00 per hour based on skill set and experience.
