Job Summary
Cleaner/Janitor responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas in residential and commercial buildings. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning washrooms, removing garbage and recycling, replenishing supplies, responding to spills, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns. Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and reliability. Full-time, permanent position starting at $18.50 per hour, schedule Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm. Locations include North Vancouver and Port Moody, BC. Pay is $18.50/hour with potential for career growth within the company.
