Oversee daily operations for assigned accounts in the Toledo area by securing customer retention, controlling labor and supply costs, and ensuring adequate product stocking. Train and lead a team of Supervisors and Cleaning Associates while identifying training needs and retaining top performers. Strategically plan nightly and weekly agendas to prioritize tasks, delegate duties, and manage time effectively. Deliver products and ensure each account is adequately stocked while working with upper management to provide effective communication. Manage conflict and apply solutions to resolve issues. Second shift position with vehicle and gas allowance.
