Job Summary
Maintain floor coverings by mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning, while dusting furniture and equipment. Wash windows, door panels, and sills, and clean bathrooms, offices, and common areas. Take out trash and perform pick-up and deliveries as required by the Maintenance Manager. Handle ground maintenance tasks, landscaping, and general grounds keeping. Troubleshoot worksite issues and notify the Maintenance Manager of supply or maintenance needs. Adhere to all policies, maintain confidentiality, and provide consistent professional customer service. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic cleaning skills and knowledge
- Ability to lift up to and including 25-50 pounds of physical effort
- Valid Driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout the county
- Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Ability to provide consistent even tempered customer service at all times
- Works compassionately with a diverse population
