Job Summary
Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, and amenity rooms. Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups while managing interior and exterior garbage pick-up. Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required. Ensure proper inventory management and maintain all cleaning equipment. Complete other tasks and assist other sites as needed. This role requires two years of cleaning experience, a valid driver's license, and own reliable vehicle. Applicants must be able to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, and lifting up to 90kg. Required Qualifications
- 2 years cleaning experience
- Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
- Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
- Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment

- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm
