Job Summary
Wash and clean walls, doors, furnishings, restrooms, kitchens, and participant areas, including specialized tasks for white rooms and Hep-C zones. Sweep, mop, strip, wax, and polish floors, while vacuuming carpets and shampooing as required. Empty trash, refill supplies, unclog fixtures, and maintain inventory of cleaning consumables. Inspect work areas for hazards, report irregularities to the supervisor, and handle cleaning equipment safely. Participate in orientation and training for new staff. High school diploma, three years of experience, and ability to lift 50 lbs required. Fluency in English is essential; advanced French preferred. Evening shift (2:30pm to 11pm), permanent full-time role at the Montreal site with occasional travel to Laval.
Required Qualifications

- 3 years of related experience
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Available to work weekends as needed
- Available to work at our Montreal site (1200 Beaumont)
- Available to travel to our Laval site as needed
- Basic knowledge of English to be able to understand certain key documents written in English
- Advanced knowledge of French
- Computer literacy
- Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning products
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Organizational skills and autonomy
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Fluency in English
- French working environment
