Cleaner - 3rd Shift - Part-Time

Empty, clean, and damp-wipe all waste receptacles, remove waste paper and rubbish, vacuum rugs and carpeted areas, and damp-mop hard floor surfaces in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas. Hand dust and wipe clean office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and horizontal surfaces. Remove finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces including doors, doorframes, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions. Maintain the janitor's closet in a clean, neat, and orderly condition. Perform other assigned duties as needed. Requires high school diploma or GED, 1+ years custodial cleaning experience, and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
