Job Summary
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; operate equipment like floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums. Empty trash and recycling bins, dispose of waste properly, and polish furniture, fixtures, and windows. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management and perform additional duties such as cleaning flooded areas or handling spills. Work 37.5 hours a week, five days, with flexible full-time, part-time, or seasonal shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to work assigned hours
- Capable of performing the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites
